Fairfield County Criminal Records

The Fairfield County Court maintains its Criminal records on its official website.  The website is clearly written and provides all types of records from basic misdemeanor records to certain stages of felony records.  The website is located at www.fairfieldcountymunicipalcourt.org.

The website opens with a letter from the Clerk of the Court which includes basic information and overview.  At the top of the home page is a series of boxes with various titles to click on.  They have all sorts of information including case searches.

There is a contact section to click on.  You can contact the court by getting in touch of the Clerk’s Office at
Sherry L. Eckman, Clerk of Court, Telephone: 740-687-6621 or Fax: 740-681-5014.  There is further extensive contact information regarding locations and phone numbers/faxes depending on where you are located and what you are looking for.

Some Criminal records are not listed on the court website and can not bee seen or obtained online, however, you will be redirected as to where to find them or you can call the Court Clerk’s office and get further information.

Regardless of what you are looking for, you should be able to find most of it at the official website.  There are, of course, non-official websites that charge extra fees, however, for fees directly from the court that are the most accurate and up to date, the official website is the best way to go.
