Finding Wyoming Criminal Records

If you are trying to find Criminal records in the state of Wyoming the best place to look is the official website of the Attorney General’s Office, the Division of Criminal Investigation.  The website can be found at http://attorneygeneral.state.wy.us/dci/chc.html.
 
The site is well organized and offers lists on the left hand side of the page.  The lists cover everything from Administration and Human Services to Medical Reviews to Criminal Division.  The Criminal Division heading is what you will need to click onto go to Criminal records.  If the issue involves a criminal investigation or an issue with a Sex Offender, there is a separate heading to click on. 

The main page has a list of frequently asked questions and their answers so that you don’t have to search for them.  The questions include information regarding fingerprints, as well as other information you might be looking for.

To contact the Division of Criminal Investigation by phone you can call (307) 777-7841 or (307) 777-7181.  To contact the Division of Criminal Investigation through the Attorney General’s Office by mail, write to Attoney General’s Office, 123 Capitol Building, 200 West 24th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002.  To find a list of offices you can visit in person you can log on to either http://attorneygeneal.state.wy.us or http://wyoming.gov and you will find lists of locations and hours of operation.
