To obtain Georgia Criminal records you can go directly to the Georgia Criminal records website.  The site is located at www.gbi.georgia.gov and allows a person to get information regarding their own Criminal record.  As for individuals obtaining a Criminal record about a person other than themself, the state of Georgia usually only allows a person to determine whether another person has a felony on their record.
There are also situations when specific information can be obtained regarding a person by attorneys or other individuals involved in a particular case or for a particular legal reason.
