Criminal records in the State of Maine are maintained by the State Bureau of Identification in conjunction with the Maine State Police and the Main Department of Public Safety.  You can reach them on their official website at http://maine.gov.  When you get onto the website you can click on the Criminal records section which will take you to Criminal records.
