Looking for Rhode island Criminal records may be a little confusing at first. As usual, there are tons of sites on various search engines that offer various records – including Criminal records. The problem with that is that many of these sites are not connected to the Judiciary of the state of Rhode Island, which means that they may not have the most up to date or accurate information and they will charge fees above and beyond the vasic court fees.

The website for the Judiciary of Rhode Island can be accessed at www.courts.ri.gov/records/forms.htm. This site will take you to th home of the Judiciary, the Supreme Court, Archives, forms and records. These sections along with contact information are in a list at the left side of the page. The middle of the page has information regarding performing research and has these sections listed so that they can be clicked on and will take you to the correct area to find your information.

At the tp of the page you will find information sections for the various courts – Supreme Court, Superior Court, Family Court, District Court, Traffic and Worker’s Compensation. You should be able to find the information you need on this site including the request forms. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, the contact sections have plenty of information for you to contact the Judiciary at the appropriate department and be redirected to the department that is right for you.
